1. To participate in the Little Miss Waverly Pageant 2025, each contestant must understand and accept the requirements of the pageant, including the rules, guidelines and limitations for contestants that will be applicable to her activities during her year of service if she is selected as the 2025 Little Miss Waverly.
2. Contestants must be a minimum age of 5 and may not turn 8 by the date of the 2025 pageant.
3. Little Miss Contestants must have been born a female and have always been a female.
4. Contestants must be a U.S. citizen and been a resident of Waverly, Illinois and/or attend Waverly School District for at least 6 months prior to the pageant.
5. Attendance Policy: All contestants must be present and arrive on time to practices. A contestant must notify the Pageant Director if they will be
absent. Attendance will be taken. In the event that a tie takes place, an
attendance log will be given to the judges and may be taken into
consideration.
6. Contestants must not be a past Little Miss Waverly.
7. Contestants must be of good moral character. Has never performed any act or engaged in any activity that is or could be characterized as immoral or indecent.
8. Contestant agrees to be personally interviewed by judges. Contestant agrees that the decision of the judges is FINAL.
