This year you will be able to find a balloon artist walking around the park! Aaron from Aaron's Party Balloons will be making and sharing his incredible balloon skills. Find him for your very own creation to have for free!

The parade route begins at the Waverly High School, travels North up Miller, East down Tremont, around the square and disperses at the NE Corner of the park.

Line up at the south side of the park across from the American Legion.
Volleyball is back! Bring a chair and watch the tournament that supports a great local cause! Court is located in the North West corner of the park near the playground.

Jacksonville Drumline Institute is a private drumline school serving grade 6 through age 21. At JDI you will learn to read music, percussion rudiments, tuning and repairing your drums, marching technique, the art of performing and competing in marching competitions.

Jason will open our Saturday night entertainment with a croudpleasing performance. He plays a variety of genres with mostly a country and rock sound.

David Graham is the modern-day King of the Honky Tonks. His rowdy, hillbilly rock n' roll show has been forged from countless 4-hour performances in legendary venues on Nashville's Lower Broadway and Beale St. in Memphis. David's grit and blue-collar approach keeps his wheels on the road, averaging over 275 shows per year while playing everything from roadside beer joints to concert halls around the world. Graham's vast musical influences resonate through his songs, with a full range from Traditional Country Western to Classic Rock N' Roll. His high-octane performances have become staples at Layla's Honky Tonk in Nashville, Blues City Café in Memphis and the Sturgis Motor Cycle Rally.
They will be on stage Saturday, July 26 at 7:00pm.

The Ministerial Alliance in most communities, such as ours, is a collaborative group of local church leaders who come together to promote unity, provide spiritual guidance, and support the community through shared ministry effors. In this case, the Ministerial Alliance is made up of representatives from Christ Lutheran, First Baptist Church, First United Methodist, New Hope Baptist, and Waverly Christian Church. Through joint initiatives such as community events, outreach programs, and prayer gatherings, the Alliance works to serve the needs of the town and foster a spirit of cooperation among the congragations all for the glory of God.
